Cupely includes AI-powered features (like the AI Relationship Counselor) to provide advice, date ideas, and personalized conversations. When you interact with the AI Assistant, your chat inputs are processed by our trusted third-party AI providers (such as Google, Groq, or DeepSeek) via secure APIs solely to generate real-time responses. We do not use your personal conversations to train our own AI models, nor do we allow our third-party vendors to use your data for their generic model training. You have the right to clear your AI chat history at any time within the app.
7. Your Data Rights
You hold the right to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time. Inside the Cupely App, you can request a complete deletion of your account. Once requested, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently wiped from our active servers within 30 days. Unpairing with a partner also immediately revokes their access to your shared data.
8. Children's Privacy
Cupely is intended for individuals who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such data from our servers.
